Georgia is the best state in the nation to do business, according to new rankings from CNBC, up from number eight last year. Scores for each state were based on factors such as the cost of doing business, technology and innovation, access to capital and cost of living. Our Southern home earned big points for its infrastructure, workforce and economy but sadly, not for its education, which ranked 32nd out of 50 states. [CNBC]
