INMAN PARK — Top chef alum Eli Kirshtein is close to opening his Krog Street Market restaurant, the Luminary. Check out renderings of the design, which is European inspired and features subway tiles, stainless steel, and dark granite.

ATLANTIC STATION — The Pig & the Pearl is the upcoming venture from chef Todd Richards and the folks behind the Shed at Glenwood. The official menu has arrived, showing a collision of two great food concepts: raw bar and barbecue.

BERKLEY PARK — With two new ventures on the horizon, chef Asha Gomez is closing her acclaimed Indian restaurant Cardamom Hill. Gomez's "Indian patisserie," Spice to Table, is set to open in Old Fourth Ward's Studioplex on August 1, and her Krog Street Market eatery, Spice Road Chicken, will launch later this year.
