Just a block or so from Oakland Cemetery, this 94-year-old Grant Park Victorian is within easy walking distance of restaurants like Tin Lizzy's, Mezcalito's and Six Feet Under. It has some great period details, heart pine floors, high ceilings and stained glass windows. There's even a deck and fenced-in back yard. But man, could the sellers use some help with staging. A kids table and miscellaneous junk obscure what looks to be a lovely period fireplace in one photo. Some sort of rug is hanging off a wall near the dining area. And the rooms are dimly lit on top of being painted in various dreary shades of gray and black. The upstairs master is well lit but is Escher-esque, with one door that is seemingly larger than the one next to it and a variety of odd angles and pointy bits. The home has been relisted for $389,900 after a sale in May fell through.
