OLD FOURTH WARD — Joystick Gamebar is ending its partnership with Illegal Food, and the popular burger purveyor has 60 days to vacate its kitchen space. While the team behind Illegal Food points to workplace tensions, Joystick's owners said the relationship was simply never meant to be permanent.
