HGTV is gussying up a 37th-floor dream condo at The Residences at Mandarin Oriental — and soon they'll just give it away! The 2014 Urban Oasis prize package will include a 2,000-square-foot unit with walls of windows and views of Stone Mountain from the roomy terrace. (Good luck paying taxes and HOA fees). The relentless commercials for the contest should be good national exposure, as HGTV is touting the ATL as one of "America's most livable cities, combining a rich history with the excitement of a vibrant 21st-century urban area."
