Plans are brewing to turn an aged Chamblee shopping center into a dining and entertainment destination with an open-air food court and live music venue. Trinity Development Group has inked two leases (Starbucks and a gym) at the 167,000-square-foot strip mall known as Chamblee Plaza on Peachtree Road, just north of Brookhaven. The reincarnated center, dubbed "The Blee on Peachtree," is rumored to be nudging Eddie's Attic to open a similar venture up north. (Future tagline: "Meet Me at The Blee"?) [Bisnow]
