Seller's Market

A monthly report by the Atlanta Board of Realtors brings disconcerting news for local house hunters — and music to the ears of sellers. In June, the median sales price for single-family homes was nearly 11 percent higher than a year earlier (up to a median of $230,000), but sales continue to spike nonetheless. Frustrated buyers, if you're out there, can feel free to vent in the comments section. [Atlanta INtown Paper]
