Euramex Management is scaling back their plans a bit for an apartment community adjacent to Kirkwood's business district. Company officials told a recent neighborhood meeting the unnamed project would now consist of 250 to 260 one-and-two-bedroom units (down from a predicted 290 units), at an average rent of $1,400.
