The sprawling Sandy Springs estate of Kenny Rogers is, remarkably, still available at $4.8 million, the AJC observes this week. It can't be long before some sheik, athlete or movie-industry baron comes along with a need for 10 fireplaces and one cheesy-ass Roman spa, right? Kenny's digs just might boast Atlanta's only Ping-Pong room with marble floors, but in fairness, that sauna's pretty awesome. [AJC]
