'Real Housewives' Star's Home Is Real Boring for $350K

New, 5 comments

Phaedra Parks — costar of Real Housewives of Atlanta, author of Secrets of the Southern Belle and entertainment attorney — has put her five-bedroom, six-bath Smyrna house on the market for $349,900. She paid $322,000 for it in 2001. In listing photos, the 4,062-square-foot home is wholly unremarkable and woefully devoid of personality, but an AJC profile of the house from back when Parks first joined the cast of Atlanta's most famous reality show proves it wasn't always so snooze-worthy. The Real Housewife has been living in "prestigious Buckhead" according to her Bravo bio, so this is likely not her primary residence. Maybe she and her two young sons need a little less space now that husband, Apollo Nida, is heading to prison for fraud.
