The proposed "largest movie studio campus in the Southeast" has taken a significant step toward actually happening. Jacoby Development has struck a deal with Los Angeles television and filmmakers MBS3, who will lease, manage and operate Atlanta Media Campus and Studios at Interstate 85 and Jimmy Carter Boulevard in Norcross.
