As in Grant Park, Fuqua Development has gone back to the drawing board with a project near Lindbergh City Center and emerged with plans for a Kroger market. Fuqua's previous idea called for swapping the roughly 10-acre site's tired apartment complex with a Walmart, but as usual, the opposition to those plans was fierce.
