Exhibit A: How to Maximize Loft Living in Atlanta

New, 1 comment

For those who've found themselves in a high-ceilinged loft, thinking, "How could I get more bang for my buck in here?" this condo at The Stacks in Cabbagetown offers the following how-to: 1.) Build a box with stairs. 2.) Put a bed in the box and an office on top. 3.) Presto! The 15-foot ceilings here are nice, but a second bedroom and flex space are nicer, even if tall people find themselves ducking or hurting. This condo asks $329,000 and oozes true-loft authenticity, with upgrades from the custom blinds to glass-fronted kitchen cabinetry in the smallish kitchen. Other Stacks two-bedrooms are listed for cheaper, but they're not so large as this 1,840 square-footer. In fact, there's plenty of more space for a swing, rock-climbing holds or some sort of trapeze apparatus. Think outside the box.
