Like Georgia Tech's remora, Technology Square in Midtown is becoming one of the fastest-growing "innovation districts" in the country, with two residential towers under way and more in the offing, including a 29-story project pitched last week. The Dallas developer behind the latest tower — a 350-unit proposal called "Modera" at the edge of Centergy North, which could bring the area 12,000 more square feet of retail — is quoted by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as saying, "Spring Street has huge potential."
