Behold, a Drone's Eye View of Buckhead, Beltline, Midtown!

New, 2 comments

For Atlantans who've wondered what Historic Fourth Ward Park, the Bellwood Quarry or the roof of Swinging Richards looks like from several hundred feet — you need look no more. Local real estate agent Craig Levine, aka "The BeltLine Broker," has compiled proof that all drones are not indiscriminate weapons of death. The mini-copters are capable of retrieving breathtaking images, like a majestic nighttime flight over Midtown, which is randomly enhanced with a Van Halen soundtrack. Other YouTube clips feature Bobby Jones Golf Course, the Beltline's Northside Trail, leafy south Buckhead and Ponce City Market like you've probably never seen them before. We've screen-captured some highlights above, but after the jump find the amazing — if slightly vertigo-inducing — drone videos in full. Enjoy the flight.
