MORNINGSIDE — After taking some time off to revamp, Top Chef alum Ron Eyester's Timone's is open once again. The pizzeria now includes a deli component, offering Italian antipasto, meats, and take-out items.
WESTSIDE — From the Victory Sandwich Bar and Paper Plane team, Little Trouble is set to open in the Westside Provisions District this quarter. Co-owner Paul Calvert says it will be "mashup" of the casualness of Victory and the sophistication of sister spot Paper Plane in an atmosphere that's fun.
BUCKHEAD — Replacing 88 Paces, Atlas is on track to open in the St. Regis hotel on Monday, January 26. The menu, from chef de cuisine Christopher Grossman, features various regional inspirations in dishes like potato-leek clam chowder, ginger-marinated black bass, and braised leg of Alabama rabbit.
