Developers are pouring the foundation this week for the latest semi-detached residences in Reynoldstown, a modern-style Siamese project a couple of blocks from the Eastside Trail's next extension. The pair of three-bedroom, two and ½ bathroom units by Epic Development will occupy a corner lot on Esten Street, and both will have covered patios and professionally landscaped yards, said spokesman Scott Eaves. Unit A is priced higher at $384,900 and includes an attached garage and larger backyard; the other will ask $374,900. Eaves said the construction timeline is four to six months, beginning now. And while the semi-conjoined style is hardly ordinary, it won't be the first project of its kind in R-town.
