Nearly all of Glenwood Park's retail component (48,600 square feet) has changed hands, and the buyer, Coro Realty, sounds over the moon with its prospects. Retail space at the eco-conscious, mixed-use village is 81 percent occupied — with attractions like Gunshow and The Shed, among others — after years of relative difficulties.
