Moreland Avenue development shows few signs of slowing down. Construction is expected to commence in January on a batch of 23 contemporary townhomes kitty-corner from the Edgewood Retail District in Reynoldstown — just south of 285 apartments under construction at the Station R mixed-use project. Mike Bednarski, a managing partner with developer Icon Residential, tells Curbed the "very cool" townhomes will start in the $300,000s and range from 1,750 to 2,100 square feet with rooftop terraces. In terms of price points, that's the same ballpark as another smallish modern townhome project finishing up near Turner Field.
