Having already shuttered Timone's, the Top Chef alum recently penned an open letter to address some rumors: "It's no secret we're struggling ...we ended biting off more than we can chew." Eyester currently operates Rosebud and The Family Dog in Morningside and Diner in Atlantic Station.
