"I live in The Bluff near that park, and yes things are happening. The APD is doing a great job clearing out the junkies, but the city is overdoing it, tearing down historic houses while not tearing down the larger vacant apartments that are much more of an eyesore. Three 19th Century houses have been torn down on my block alone, all of which were salvageable. This neighborhood is actually pre-Civil War and is not being treated as the very historic area that it is." — commenter Mark Ramy, via Curbed Atlanta Facebook, "In Shadow of Falcons Stadium, New Park is a Key Addition"
