Two blocks south of the Kirkwood Village stands this three-level contemporary townhome from 2009 that the listing agent swears feels "barely lived in." With three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 2,250 square feet, the agent also says this is the largest unit at SoHo Townhomes (South Howard Street, that is), priced at $429,000. Perks include its end-unit position, cavernous living room, acres of dark hardwoods, double-dose of walkout balconies and two-car garage. Some carpet haters might shriek at the sight of that soft, woven floor covering in two bedrooms. And while the $191-per-square-foot breakdown isn't outlandish in comparison to townhomes in other intown 'hoods (or others right up the street), it's worth noting that this place traded for $157,000 less in the summer of last year, though we're told some upgrades have been made. Hot housing market, indeed.
