["Stealth" by Tristan Al-Haddad. Photos by Rebecca Pogue.]
Georgia Tech graduate Tristan Al-Haddad is leaving a large, looming mark on the city with the creation of a concrete monstrosity called "Stealth." Anything but, the behemoth of a sculpture — weighing in at close to 100 tons and rising 33 feet — will officially be complete sometime next month and is intended to last for at least a century, according to the AJC. It's so big and heavy, in fact, it essentially can't be moved. Until the grand unveiling, passersby can catch a glimpse of the work rising between the Woodruff Arts Center, the Castle and Promenade II.
