Ongoing East Atlanta Village Revamp Bags Two Tenants

New, 22 comments

The developers behind Krog Street Market and Atlanta Dairies have signed two businesses in their quest to bring the East Atlanta Village an aesthetic overhaul and retail enema. Paces Properties announced in a press release today that Acorn Amplifiers, a musical equipment dealer specializing in custom handcrafted amplifiers and effects pedals, and So Worth Loving, a custom T-shirt and gift producer, should be open for business by January. The ongoing overhaul called "Glenwood Retail" near the corner of Gresham and Glenwood avenues plans to revitalize 18,000 square feet of restaurant and retail space, and the two recently signed proprietors will take roughly 4,200 square feet of that. Paces expects to complete the EAV project by late December.
