"If we could get some more residential development built downtown I think we'll be in good shape to support some of the kinds of great neighborhood-focused restaurants that other places in the city have. That said, one of the things I like about living (downtown) is that it isn't as posh and upscale as a couple of other intown neighborhoods we lived in previously. I kind of like the fact that downtown isn't overrun with boutiques and an affluence-focused restaurant scene.
