It's been more than a year since the hullabaloo about the first bona fide Beltline office building, and now developers tell Curbed construction is finally scheduled to start. Situated behind the Historic Fourth Ward Park's skatepark, The Willoughby will be four stories of customizable offices topped by a rooftop amenity deck with a bar and skyline views, said Jason Eden, a managing broker with Cross-Town Realty. For bike commuters, each office suite is planned to have private restrooms with showers. Have a gander at the latest renderings after the jump, and this snazzy fly-through video, too. Barring any last-minute roadblocks, construction should start next month.
