Tyler Perry's takeover of Fort McPherson will likely be delayed by environment issues involving a former dry-cleaning facility and other parcels at the massive site, the AJC reports. The problematic pieces make up just 36 acres of the 500-acre former military base, and though the hang-ups might be minor, they'll keep the film mogul and occasional, elderly drag queen from making the deal official. Closing was tentatively set for later this month.
