Since the AJC reported the disturbing news that Atlanta may be left out of the newest version of the Monopoly board game, the city seems to have rallied to prevent such a travesty. With 60 cities competing for 20 spots — which is confusing, considering there are 22 regular properties on a Monopoly board — Atlanta has jumped from No. 30 to 14.
