Another new hotel is set to rise near the downtown tourist hot-zone that is Centennial Olympic Park. Vision Hospitality Group has submitted plans to build a nine-story SpringHill Suites at 239 Ivan Allen Jr. Boulevard, facing the Georgia Aquarium's parking garage. It's expected to open in summer 2016 and cater to "the rapidly growing segment of lifestyle travelers seeking smart, stylish experiences in the upper-moderate tier."
