Buckhead's Cyan is Ready to Lease; Web Presence Still Woeful

New, 9 comments

Cyan on Peachtree, the big blue building that replaced Dante's Down the Hatch, is nearing completion. After topping out late last year, interior work is progressing and the first tenants should start occupying the lowest levels in early May. Those who opt to move in first will contend with a construction zone as the upper floors are completed, with the highest units not available until August or September, officials say. The building, however, is living up to the "luxury" expectations, with one-bedroom units renting between $1,700 and $2,000, and standard two bedrooms starting at $2,400. For those wanting a deluxe apartment in the sky, the two-bedroom big daddies on the "penthouse level" will be starting at a whopping $4,200. (At least that's cheaper than Buckhead Atlanta down the street, where penthouses start at $4,300 and rise to $6,600.) Sadly, for those wanting more information, the building's website is no longer operational, though given the previous site's woeful inaccuracies, that might just be for the best.
