Micro Week

New, 15 comments

This perky micro house (in the ballpark of 900 square feet) dates back more than a century and proves that much-maligned Vine City has residential bright spots. Three blocks west of the Georgia Dome, this bright-green bungalow used to be a single room but now "boasts two bedrooms, a living room, galley kitchen and galley dining area," a tipster enthuses. Most recently, it was marketed as a rental; nearby homes have sold for as little as $17,500. [Contributed photo]
