The first phase of condos-turned-apartments-turned-condos at The Atlantic (roughly 20 total floors of inventory) is selling like bread and milk during a false threat of Georgia flurries, officials report. Seventy-five percent of the condos have sold — ranging from one-bedroom units from $302,900, to 3,000-square-foot-plus, bi-level penthouses starting at $1.3 million — and a second phase of inventory is expected to appear on the market soon. Sellers credit "limited inventory available citywide" and "Midtown's tremendous economic growth — including the booming West Midtown area and continued growth at Atlantic Station."
