Backed by recent studies and federal housing news, Bisnow wonders aloud this week if millennials are finally reentering the housing market in sizable numbers. They point to a Redfin report that says tours of homes by first-time buyers are up by 27 percent nationwide since January 2014 — and to last month's announcement that mortgages with down payments as low as 3 percent could be attainable again, for buyers plagued with student debt and "sluggish wage growth." What say you, millennials of Atlanta: Has it come time to buy a condo/townhome/house, or does renting still make more sense?
