Atlanta Beltline president Paul Morris lent a little perspective to the rapid transformation of neighborhoods adjacent to the Eastside Trail — and wondered aloud if developers are building enough housing — during a recent event focused on urban-development trends, the Atlanta Business Chronicle reports. Morris recalled a time when the Beltline area "was one of the most derelict, broken down industrial areas in the city, with one of the highest crime rates," and noted that the project is working, in part, because "millennials hate cookie cutter."
