In what's probably an effort to keep up with the Joneses that are Alpharetta and Roswell, Johns Creek's mayor is pitching what he says could be the largest redevelopment in metro Atlanta history. The vision is called "The District," and it would transform 728 acres — or roughly eight Avalons! — of existing technology park into a dense, walkable, "world class" downtown.
