Another housing option for Georgia State University students is moving forward on Edgewood Avenue, kitty-corner to the Sweet Auburn Curb Market, What Now Atlanta reports. Paces Properties, the developer behind Krog Street Market and the upcoming Atlanta Dairies complex in Reynoldstown, filed a building permit application for a 144-unit, midrise student-housing complex with space for at least one retail business and restaurant. They're calling the project "The Edge," presumably for its street name and not in homage to Irish guitarists. UPDATE: Central Atlanta Progress informs us the developer is Place Properties, not Paces.
