Last year, local Atlanta restaurants posted some of the strongest increases in business (6 percent) in the nation, but with a slew of pending debuts (more than 90 around town this year), some observers are using the dreaded "O" word — overbuilt, Bisnow reports. Waves of new openings at Ponce City Market, Buckhead Atlanta, Krog Street Market and across the Westside are heating up competition, but it's not exclusively an ITP thing.
