Atlanta INtown recaps two recent unveilings in the Old Fourth Ward that should contribute, however incrementally, to the burgeoning's 'hood's quality of life. First to open was a new shade pavilion at Historic Fourth Ward Park — more specifically, "a canopy of black locust wood louvers and galvanized steel tube purlins" — that'll spare kiddos and parents from summertime roastings.
