DECATURPaul Calvert is leaving his role as beverage director at Victory Brands and partner at Paper Plane. Calvert says he and the team behind Victory Sandwich Bar and Paper Plane are parting ways on friendly terms, and he plans to relax in the near future.

INMAN PARK — Buford Highway favorite Gu's Bistro is closed, but Gu's Dumplings is here to carry the torch inside Krog Street Market. The Sichuan stall opened Tuesday, and the menu includes dumplings, noodles, soups, sides, and both meaty and vegetarian entrees.
