These Views Cost $1.2M. They Officially Do Not Suck.

When the amenities level has a grand piano, it means you're officially ballin'. And few properties in Atlanta are incubators of straight ballin' like the Sovereign, 50 stories of uptown funk that the listing agent calls "Buckhead's most architecturally significant & luxurious building." That's debatable, but the majesty of these views is not. Listed this week for $1.28 million, this particular unit (one of 82 in the building) has the coveted "E" floor plan and manages to keep it classy across 2,115 square feet. The enormous balcony has a built-in gas grill, perv-ready pool views and vistas of distant Midtown. Other highlights: motorized blinds (ballin'), customized walk-in closets (double ballin') and a separate entrance for personal staff (highly unnecessary). The agent brags that each room has views, and the building, especially from this side, seems catered to them. It's too bad they don't build 'em like this anymore.
