Apartment-Palooza

At the southeastern edge of Historic Fourth Ward Park, North American Properties has filed plans for a six-story apartment community that would add 245 units to a section of Atlanta where thousands have been delivered and proposed in recent years. NAP developed Bohemian House near the center of the Old Fourth Ward park, and their next project would replace a low-rise building that houses Mindzai Creative and Thunderbox Rehearsal Studios. According to earlier documents, the development would also include a 4,400-square-foot space for retail or restaurants, overlooking the park's southernmost meadow.
