Adventures In Renting

The first apartments at Inman Park's Alexan on Krog have begun leasing, touting proximity to neighbor Krog Street Market and views of an un-built Beltline segment. At $1,350 per month for a 648-square-foot studio, these initial offerings aren't exactly bargains, but they're hundreds cheaper than some central Midtown apartments and in the ballpark of nearby competitor Inman Quarter. With a slogan like "live where the Beltline meets more-than-mainstream merchants" and features that include industrial-style light fixtures, chalkboard walls in each apartment (?) and an "epic clubroom with 12 HDTVs," they seem to have loaded this place with the requisite millennial magnets.
