Property hunters dead-set on living in Cabbagetown are probably having a difficult time right now. Listing services show exactly five Cabbagetown properties on the market at the moment — three lofts at The Stacks on Boulevard, one funky house that's served as offices forever and this place, the priciest of the bunch at $350,000. It's a two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo at the Carroll Street Lofts, a boutique industrial building of just nine units positioned on C-town's commercial strip. Beyond the soaring ceilings (and that wicked, sculpted staircase), the loft's main attributes are probably sheer size (1,620 square feet) and absurdly low HOA fees of $150. This place could be an entrée into a very walkable lifestyle — a grocery store, restaurants and parks are minutes by foot — and one of ATL's more quirky, charming communities. A place that hardly anybody wants to leave right now.
