Bureau of Evictions

A business housing a design studio, art gallery and print shop at the cusp of Historic Fourth Ward Park has 60 days to make way for a mixed-use development. Mindzai Creative will uproot from Ralph McGill Boulevard to a storefront in the heart of Little Five Points by this summer, and their current building will be replaced by a six-story, 245-unit apartment community by North American Properties, who built and sold nearby Bohemian House. NAP's plans also call for 4,400 square feet of retail or restaurant spaces, overlooking the park's southernmost meadow. [What Now Atlanta; rendering: North American Properties]
