Atlanta Museum Week is upon us, bringing free and reduced admissions to some of the city's biggest museums and historic sites. The new program allows those who like culture on the cheap to visit a variety of places including the big institutions like the High Museum of Art and College Football Hall of Fame and smaller sites like the Margaret Mitchell House and Spellman College Museum of Fine Art.
