WESTSIDE — On April 15, West Egg Cafe will launch a "restaurant within a restaurant" called Oddbird. Focusing on fried chicken served on sandwiches, biscuits, and waffles, the permanent pop-up will take place at the restaurant Wednesday through Saturday from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. The chicken will be available in regular, hot, and too-hot varieties. CITYWIDE — It's time once again to update the Eater Atlanta Heatmap, diners' guide to the city's hottest restaurants. Joining the party this month is Krog Street Market Sichuan stall Gu's Dumplings.
OLD FOURTH WARD — Ponce City Market's opening is on the horizon, and one local restaurant will soon offer a taste of what's to come. Throughout April and May, 4th & Swift will host guest chef dinners with Guy Wong, Anne Quatrano, Sean Brock, Linton Hopkins, and Meherwan Irani, previewing some of the market's headlining food options.
WESTSIDE — After a few delays, Guy Wong's colonial French/Vietnamese eatery Le Fat is finally in business. The restaurant is currently open for dinner only, but Wong plans to add lunch service soon.
