After months of wrangling about design specifics, many Brookhaven residents are still upset by JLB Partners' plans to construct 272 apartments on Peachtree Road near the Brookhaven MARTA station. At a Brookhaven City Council meeting, council members praised recent design modifications even as residents lambasted the size of the development, which they worry will change the character of the neighborhood.
