The redo of a circa-1960s office park between Midtown and Lindbergh is in full swing, and its creators hope a full-fledged, vibrant new district is on the horizon. Definition 6, a global company that creates immersive digital content and video, is the first tenant at Armour Junction, a planned live-work community by EpiCity down the street from SweetWater Brewing Company. Officials unveiled the first flex office space build-out this week, touting its open-loft configuration, "modern and funky" aesthetic and unique facets like a break-room extension that functions as a "bistro," complete with a roll-up garage door and covered patio. The 13,000-square-foot space had been tired offices before. Overall, Armour Junction is a five-building renovation project that's been billed as a "bike and brew community" for its proximity to SweetWater and direct access to a future Beltline leg.
