Prolific Atlanta developer Jeff Fuqua has broken ground on what he calls a "singular, mixed-use environment" that's meant to bring a little urban sensibility to suburban Duluth. Fuqua Development officials say "Sugarloaf Market" will incorporate "key elements of successful, urban infill development" such as 330 apartments, 75,000 square feet of retail and a Sprouts Farmers Market. The initial lineup of restaurants and shops includes Chipotle, RaceTrac, Waffle House, Panda Express, Luxury Nail, AT&T and Supercuts. [Rendering courtesy Fuqua Development.]
