Muppet fans rejoice: The expansion of the Center for Puppetry Arts will open some time in the fall, according to the Brookhaven Neighbor. Construction on the modern-style addition began last year to provide room for the permanent collection of Jim Henson's puppets in a 15,000-square-foot wing along Spring Street. While the design generated some controversy for obscuring the majority of the historic Spring Street Elementary School's facade, the extra space is surely enough to make Kermit scream "YAAAAYYYYYYYY".
